Set up a brand new central backend team inside a multi-studio game developer.

Crusader Kings III - Product Manager

Led the Product team, made up of producers, game director, sales director, and marketing manager, to successfully reveal and launch a 90+ metacritic game.

Set the price point, monetization model, discount strategy, SKU plan, and DLC plans for Crusader Kings III, pushing for the first time the maximum base game and DLC price points and leaving behind premium goodies content in favor of gameplay content.

Took the console port of Crusader Kings III from idea to green-light through partner selection and rounds of UI feedback to adapt this PC-first title to console controllers and interfaces.

Imperator: Rome - Product Manager

Oversaw the dramatic turn-around of the poorly-received game with a new production team, game director, and content strategy.

Led the production efforts to collaborate with a secondary studio, a first for our primary studio, and increased cadence of release with a focus on frequency over quantity.

Released 2 paid content packs.

Lead a blog dedicated to the TR-069/CWMP protocol and used for the management of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) in the telecom industry. Covered latest technological and commercial news covering CPE, ACS, and other software vendors as well as the relevant organizations and events.

Knitted relationships with marketing teams and interviewed R&D and management teams of the various actors of the TR-069 market ; attended telecom fairs to keep abreast of industry trends and further my ties in the industry.

The blog was eventually acquired by a major industry actor.
